1000 finished garments for delivery, 80 inspected. If 5 major faults/7 minor faults found, the delivery is accepted. If 6 major/ 8 minor faults found, the inspection has failed. If a style passes the A.Q.L the warehouse will be instructed to deliver the goods. if a style fails the A.Q.L the warehouse Q.C team is to wait instructions from the Juice Corporation who will examine the samples submitted from the warehouse, and may instruct the Q.C team to undergo a 100% inspection, and remove non-conforming products.
NOTE : THE REJECT LEVEL FOR CRITICAL FAULTS IS 1 FOR ALL QUANTITIES INSPECTED
